What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

When Will You Ship My Item?

  • All orders are processed immediately.
  • 99% of orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day of payment. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the following day.
  • You will receive an email notification once your items have been shipped from our facility.
  • For pre-sale items, shipping will occur after the specified in-stock date.
  • Pre-sale items will be shipped after their designated availability date, with standard shipping times applying once they are in stock.
 

When will my order arrive?

Your order should received within 6-8 business days of your order date.

Can I track my order?

A tracking number will be promptly sent to you via email once your order has departed the warehouse, which is typically the same day as the day your payment is received.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return new, unopened items within 30 days after delivery for a full refund.

 • If the return is due to our error (for example, inaccurate or defective merchandise), we will pay the return shipping expenses.


 • For any other returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.  For your convenience, we can issue a prepaid return label and offset the cost from your refund.

 • Items must be returned in their original packing, including cables, accessories, and paperwork.

 When our Fitnesspro Care Specialists receive and inspect your return, our accounting team will complete your refund within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation containing refund information.  Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Only one discount or coupon can be applied per order, and coupons cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
